COURSE PREREQUISTIES

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of regular practise experience

BOOKING YOUR COURSE

  • A deposit of £300 is required
  • The full fee paid 28 days prior to start date
  • Paying by instalments. Adhere to agreed plan, which must be completed by course end

WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR COURSE

  • All training
  • Course manual
  • Course handouts
  • Final class assessment, certificate, providing all course fess course requirements are met first (see general terms & conditions) Final class assessments are taken at Yoga Dharma Southend or Yoga Dharma Bulgaria are included, provided they are taken within agreed dates

WHATS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR COURSE

  • Any flights or transfers if applicable. Travel costs
  • Meals in Café Dharma Southed, or if residential, meals taken away from the centre
  • Insurance, available from Yoga Alliance at £10 for UK residents & £20 for Irish residents
  • A certificate (paying the fees do not guarantee you a certificate as you will need to successfully pass all assignments and attend a minimum of 90% the course. Final class assessments away from Yoga Dharma Southend or Yoga Dharma Bulgaria, unless an agreed time, fee and expenses are paid

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Any fees already paid on a payment plan are non-refundable. If the course fee is paid in advance, no refund is possible once the course is started. Once you have paid for your course place it is yours, if you decide to not attend after a deposit or you have paid your course fee, no refund is possible. This applies to residential and non-residential courses
  • the right to amend any of the above conditions any time throughout the course

 

YOGA ALLIANCE PROFESIONALS DATA BASE

  • On qualifying courses trainee’s details, will be provided to YAP, to be contacted first

 

 

COMPLAINT PROCESS

 

In the event a student feels the need to make a complaint, there is a 4-step process laid out

  1. An informal chat
  2. Ask for input from assistant teacher
  3. Written record. Answered within 28 days. The reply will endeavour to contain evidence relating to alleged incident.
  4. If the alleged incident cannot be addressed initially within the 28-day period, a written record will be issued outlining the reasons, and a date provided to address any outstanding points

  2. To accept the final class assessment procedure
  3. To provide the public with access to safe & effective yoga teachers
  4. To arrive on time for modules
  5. To be a positive member of the course
  6. To reflect the values of teaching yoga
  7. To be respectful of yourself and others
  8. Acknowledge the limitations of my skills and scope of practise and where appropriate refer students to seek alternative instruction, advise, treatment or direction.
  9. You will comply with all the requirements set out in the course, and that you accept failure to do so will disqualify you from the course
