Yoga Dharma are very active locally throughout year. Here are some of our recent escapades.

We will be in the same place at the Chalkwell Park Village Green event this year on 25 Sept. We are organising a day of activities so be sure to put it in your diary.
Working on the feet and hands reflexology is a complementary therapy that enables the body to heal itself. Yoga Dharma are pleased to offer reflexology as one of our therapies.
New Saturday led Primary series class 10am-11.30am.
A dynamic full flow class following the Astanga Vinyasa Primary Series. The class will work through the full primary series with hands on adjustments, if you want to work hard and fast then this is the class for you. Watch for details of the start date.

Cafe Dharma offers freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, snacks, coffee, juices smoothies, cakes and cookies and is the perfect alternative to high street chains such as Starbucks and Costa.

We are about to finalise a workshop with Michael and are waiting to hear from Danny Paradise.
For the second year running now Yoga Dharma attended the Village Green event at Chalkwell Park. It was an all day event on 26 September and glorious weather for us to practice in the shade of the trees. Its getting busier every year now and we accordingly upped the ante with our own private chill out area.
We are welcoming comments about how we can make it bigger and better next year.
