Mysore Style - a traditional way of practising Aatanga Vinyasa Yoga. The student practises a series of postures at there own pace with help & adjustments from the teacher. Full instruction provided. Suitable for all levels.
GentleFlow- a gentle class where each yoga posture flows into the next, moving with the breath. Suitable for beginners.
Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga - a dynamic & powerful class where students work through a series of postures linked by the breath. This class is based on the classic Astanga Vinyasa sequence. Suitable for intermediate & advanced.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a class that uses breath & movment to link postures in a flowing sequence. This class will be dynamic & challenging. Suitable for beginner & intermediate.
Mixed Level Flow Yoga - a class that has two teachers & is a meeting point between dynamic & beginners yoga. Using gentle opening stretches & working into deeper postures. Suitable for all levels.
Primary & Half Primary - a class that uses the Astanga Vinyasa sequence and is lead by the teacher. Ther teacher will use verbal and hands on adjustments. Primary-suitable for intermediate/advanced. Half Primary-suitable beginner/intermediate.
Restoritive/Beginner - a class for students with specific needs or in recovery. Suitable for beginner/ posture alignment/recovery.
Iyengar Style-a class with that emphasis on holding postures longer and working with detailed alingment. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch & relax - a class that uses gentle stretches & breathing to combat stress,open tight shoulders & release the hips. The class will end with a lead relaxation & visulisation.
Dynamic technique - a class that focuses on improving posture awareness through the use of dynamic vinyasa yoga. Suitable for advanced/intermediate.
