sueYoga has been part of my life for over 10 years. I had been exercising for many years before I started yoga and was in to keeping fit and going to the gym regularly.

I went to my first yoga class with the mindset this was just a different form of exercise, but it didn’t take me long to realise it was much more than that. Over time my yoga practice has helped me in so many ways, it has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. It has helped me overcome insecurities and helped me find my true identity and voice.

Yoga has also helped navigate me through major life changes; good and bad, and grieving the loss of beloved parents. Even though I’m a qualified teacher I will always be a student in the practice and am immensely lucky and grateful for the support and wisdom my teachers have given me. I love to bringing a challenging but fun and playful aspect in my classes and seek to help others in and out of the classroom.
